		<description>YES YES YES--as a small business owner--I totally agree!  From commercial building regulations, employee taxes and the wonderful fact that you can&#039;t fire an employee not able to show up for work regularly without them being able to collect unemployment, an employee can refuse to be rehired and still collect unemployment, an employee can go back to school to train for a new career and still collect unemployment, even when they are offered their job back--and the employer now pays over 9% in unemployment taxes to keep it up. The small business owner is always wrong, according to the unemployment dept. And that does include the risk of hiring anyone with an every growing list of &quot;disabilities&quot; that must be accommodated or risk  a wrongful termination lawsuit.  Fear of lawsuits dictate A LOT of business and medical practices--a healthy environment is not living in fear. </description>
