Living in Knoxville, TN, Reuel has a varied background.  Ordained as a small church pastor, he also served his country as a Navy Chaplain.  Reuel left the active ministry to recenter and restructure himself.  He is now the owner of Act242 Web Design, a business dedicated to helping churches and religious organizations establish active presences on the internet.

Reuel also serves as the Chair of the General Education Department of The National College of Business and Technology.
